There was a lot of remodeling going on. It would have been nice to know ahead of time like on the website. Website said pool and hot tub, but there was not a hot tub.

Room has very clean. Lots of room to spread out.
I paid cash and my bank card was still charged. I called about this issue and was told they would email me a statement to take to my back to have the charger reversed, that was on Sunday... It's Tuesday and I still haven't received the email and the charges are still pending my account.

Newly renovated room, friendly staff, breakfast.
Renovations in lobby, did know know before hand about construction, no tv remote in room so had to go get one from front desk and google how to register remote to tv, understand the cleanliness of new remote system but it does not work very well.

A Nice Family Getaway
Our spur-of-the-moment trip to Ohio was good! The friendly staff made check-in easy. The clean queen suite offered ample space for relaxation, and the indoor pool was a hit with my kids. Definitely grab a bite at nearby restaurants-great local options abound!

The indoor pool was the perfect oasis for the kids to splash around and have a blast! Our King Suite with a sofa bed offered so much space for the family. Each morning, the breakfast spread had everything from waffles to fresh fruit!

Every time I am in town for a meeting. I always stay here. rooms and staff is out of this world. I would never want to look somewhere else. I only stay 1 night due by my meeting and traveling!
